There are several ways you can support the South Pinellas
District Council of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in its service to the
hungry, homeless and needy. Here are some of them: FINANCIAL ASSISTANCEWe welcome and appreciate
your financial contributions either by check or through our convenient, secure
electronic transfer system using your Master Card, Visa, American Express or
Discover credit card. This is an ideal and easy way to become a Good Samaritan
and make regular monthly donations of set amounts that automatically are sent
from your bank to ours. These contributions provide you with a tax-deduction and
us with a much-needed steady cash flow to help meet our operating costs
year-round.

FOOD DONATIONSWe always need non-perishable foods to replenish the
pantries that stock the comestibles that we use to fill food baskets for the
indigent individuals and families in our community. These food items include canned goods, peanut butter, packaged cereals,
and boxed dinners. Food donations can be delivered to our Food Center located at 401 15th
Street North in St. Petersburg daily between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5
p.m. THRIFT STORE DONATIONS Our Thrift Store is located at 180 34th
Street North in St. Petersburg and thrives on gently used clothing, furniture and household goods that
are given free of charge to needy clients who utilize St. Vincent de Paul's many programs. Many of these individuals are referred by their local SVDP Conference
or resold at low cost to the public. Our truck will pick up your heavy items in
various areas on appointed days. Please call our store at 727-328-2733 to make
arrangements. HOST A DRIVE 365 days a year, St. Vincent de Paul provides those in need a place to eat, sleep, shower and obtain clothing. By hosting a drive for our organization, you are helping us to continue providing support and material to the less fortunate individuals and families who access our programs for services. We welcome hygiene products, canned food, and new and gently used clothing and household items. For more information on drive opportunities, please contact Mary Hausman at 727-823-2516, Ext.101, for more details. MEMORIALSOften made in lieu of flowers, memorials pay tribute to the memory of deceased relatives and friends. Please visit our donation page to donate online, or send a check with the name of the person you wish to remember. In return, SVDP will send cards to the loved one's bereaved families to let them know of your contribute to our organization.
COMMEMORATIVE TRIBUTESA Commemorative Tribute is a
wonderful way to recognize your loved ones on their birthdays, anniversaries, or other special occasions to remind them how much they
mean to you. Send us your check and the name of the person and the event you want
to recognize and we will send them cards telling them of your gift to
St. Vincent de Paul. WILLS AND BEQUESTS By including SVDP in
